Requirements:

~A digital reference sheet showing at least the front and back of your character is required.
~I will discuss any detail regarding the commission with the commissioner, such as material, extras, etc.
~I will NOT work with you without a guardian if you are under 18 years of age. I will require a parent or legal guardian to work with through payments.

Sizing:
~For all fullsuits, legs, and upper bodies, I will require an accurate duct tape dummy, or DTD.
~Armsleeves require an accurate measurement in centimeters or inches of the length of your arm (from the top of your shoulder to your wrist), circumference of your wrist, base of your arm (top of shoulder), and around your elbow with your arm straightened. If you have any sort of deformity or your arms are not the same size, I will require both arm measurements.
~For handpaws, my sizes are one size fits most, but if you have larger hands, please be sure to inform me.

Payments:

~All quotes and prices are in USD ($). If you are using a different currency, please convert them to your correct currency.
~To secure a slot in my queue, a NON-REFUNDABLE down payment must be paid. If you are paying in full, you do not have to worry about recurring payments.
​~If you choose to pay through a payment plan, down payment deposits will vary depending on the type of commission. Fullsuits require a 30% down payment, partials require a 40% down payment, heads only requires a 50% down payment. If you are only buying specific fursuit parts, that typically requires 50/50 split payment. If you’re buying a larger part, the payment options will be discussed. We can discuss recurring payments. Depending on the commission type, the minimum payment amount will vary.
~Late payments over two weeks without a valid reason will result in a fee of $50. Until payments are caught up, your commission will be delayed. Please be sure you can financially support your commission before commissioning.
~Payment can be made through PayPal friends and family (my PayPal holds money for months), venmo, cashapp, square invoice, or zelle. If you would like to pay with cash, you MUST be in the US. I will NOT pay any shipping fees if you are paying via cash. I am NOT responsible for lost or stolen cash.

Shipping:

~Accurate shipping costs will be calculated once the commission is completed. Before commissioning, you can ask for a shipping cost estimate, though it will not be completely accurate.
~I will send you the tracking number via our communication platform post-shipment.
~COMMISSIONERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS!

Cancelling Commissions:
~Delest Wolf Fursuits has the right to cancel any commission if I receive any threatening or disrespectful messages from the commissioner.
~If you want to cancel your commission, the down payment is non refundable. If work has not been started, the rest of the amount will be refunded.
~If you cancel a commission after work has been started, the down payment is non refundable and I will determine the amount that can be refunded. Determining the amount refunded will be based off of how much work has already been done.

Design Changes:

~After confirming your slot in the queue by paying at least the down payment, you can request extra parts such as extra tongues, eyelids, etc. if you haven’t already. Of course, additional charges apply.
~Any drastic design changes such as extra colors, change of colors, adding patterns, symbols will result in additional charges.
~If work has already begun or has been completed, the changes can either not be made or will have another additional charge.
~If work has not started yet and you requested changes, I will determine if the changes require an additional charge. I determine this by complexity, markings/symbols, or extra/change of colors.
~Don’t be afraid to speak up! Sooner rather than later will save us both in the end.
*Please be sure your design is correct and you’re happy with it to avoid any delays or issues*

Work in Progress:

~I will regularly provide WIP pictures/videos of your commission at different stages. We will require consent on certain things to continue.
~You can request WIP’s at any time after work starts. You may request specific pictures/videos.
*Do NOT constantly request WIP’s. It will slow down the building process drastically!*

Other:

~I do use other makers’ bases/accessories/templates with credit.
~My fursuits come from a dog friendly home. I try my best to avoid any contact between the dogs and the fursuits, but once in awhile mistakes happen. If you have any severe allergies, I may not be able to take on your commission.
